Grounding at Flannel

Grounded at Flannel is a monthly, in-person gathering where you can come in, get settled, and let your body slow down. I’ll guide you through grounding practices, a meditation and a gentle energy clearing. We take our time, breathe, and clear out what you’ve picked up or been carrying that doesn’t need to follow you home. Leave feeling lighter and steadier — sometimes a little emotional, always supported.

You don’t need any experience. Let yourself be guided.

You’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable while resting or lying down.
